Services Provided
Our services may include public relations strategy, media outreach planning, press release writing, press distribution support, corporate communications, brand messaging, digital PR, reputation management, campaign planning, publicity support, communication consulting, research and reporting, website copywriting, executive bios, and company profiles.
Service Delivery
All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables may be provided through email, scheduled meetings, written reports, strategy documents, campaign plans, media materials, press releases, digital files, and approved project milestones.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, brand materials, access credentials, project details, and any other information needed to complete the service. Fervani INC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, incorrect materials, or lack of communication from the client.
Payments
Clients agree to pay all invoices, retainers, project fees, deposits, subscriptions, and approved expenses according to the payment terms stated in the invoice or written agreement. Payments may cover consulting time, research, strategy development, writing, campaign planning, vendor services, software tools, media resources, advertising expenses, and other approved project costs.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and financial service providers. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not sold by Fervani INC. Fervani INC does not intentionally store full payment card details on its website.
Third-Party Vendors
Some services may require third-party tools, platforms, vendors, contractors, advertising channels, press distribution services, research tools, or media software. Clients are responsible for approved third-party costs associated with their projects. Fervani INC is not responsible for independent actions, policies, delays, pricing changes, or performance of third-party platforms or vendors.
No Guaranteed Results
Public relations depends on external factors, including media interest, editorial decisions, audience response, platform policies, market conditions, timing, and public sentiment. Fervani INC does not guarantee specific media placements, publication acceptance, audience reach, search rankings, sales results, revenue growth, or public response unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fervani INC provides service-based digital deliverables. Because our services involve strategy, research, planning, consulting time, vendor coordination, and campaign preparation, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
- Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the written agreement.
- Once work has started, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable based on completed work, research, writing, consulting, vendor coordination, platform fees, or approved project costs.
- Completed services, delivered strategy documents, completed consultations, completed campaign materials, completed press releases, completed research, completed reports, and completed media outreach preparation are non-refundable.
- Approved third-party costs, press distribution fees, software expenses, advertising spend, vendor charges, and contractor support costs are non-refundable once purchased, committed, or used.
- Refund requests may be emailed to c.marciniark@fervanicm.com and are typically reviewed within 5–10 business days.
Confidentiality
Fervani INC respects client confidentiality and handles sensitive client information with care. Clients also agree not to disclose confidential methods, proposals, pricing, internal strategies, or non-public business information provided by Fervani INC.
Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Fervani INC’s services for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes. Fervani INC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services involving illegal activity, misleading claims, harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, unauthorized financial activity, or reputational harm.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fervani INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of reputation, or business interruption.
